01 Scope

Scope of work

The five scopes Tablerock bids, and what each one covers on a real set of drawings.

  1. Structural Foundation

    Spread footings, grade beams, pile caps, stem walls and slab on grade. Formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds and anchor bolt settings placed to the structural drawings and checked before the pour.

  2. Poured in Place Walls & Decks

    Cast in place walls and elevated decks, including retaining walls, shear walls and equipment pads. Forms, bracing, blockouts and penetrations coordinated with the other trades before the forms close.

  3. Site Work

    Subgrade preparation, flatwork and hardscape across the site: sidewalks, paving, ADA ramps, stairs and pads. The concrete scope that ties a building to the ground around it.
